The Subject Of The Contract Is The Control Of Paying Fees In The Paid Parking Zone (Hereinafter: Spp) In Bytom Together With Maintaining The Service Of The Spp Office On The Principles Included In Resolution No. Lxiii/940/23 Of The City Council In Bytom Of 30 January 2023 On Establishing A Paid Parking Zone And The Amount Of Rates For The Parking At The Paid Parking Zone In Public Roads And The Rates Determining The Method Of Charging Fees, Resolution No. Lxxvii/987/23 Of The City Council In Bytom Of April 24, 2023. Amending The Abovementioned Resolution (Hereinafter Referred To As: Resolution), Constituting Annex 1.2 To Swz (And Future, Possible Changes), 2. Paid Parking Zone In The City Of Bytom. Spp Collection Service Is Carried Out By 97 Pcs The Rates And Method Of Charging Fees For Stopping The Vehicle In Spp. Additional Fees Must Be In Accordance With Annex 3 To The Resolution, While The Control Of Paying The Vehicle Stop Fees Must Be In Accordance With Annex 4 To The Resolution3. The Subject Of The Contract And The Manner Of Its Implementation Is Determined By: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz) - Annex No. 1.1 To Swz; B) Resolution No. Lxiii/940/23 Of The City Council In Bytom Of 30 January 2023 On Determining The Paid Parking Zone And The Amount Of Rates Of The Fee For Stopping Motor Vehicles On Public Roads In The Paid Parking Zone And Determining The Method Of Charging Fees, Resolution No. Lxxvii/987/23 City Council In Bytom Of April 24, 2023. Amending The Above Resolution (Hereinafter Referred To As: Resolution) - Annex 1.2 To Swz; C) Plan Of The Premises Together With Equipment - Annex 1.3 To Swzd) Location Of Parking Meters - List No. 1.4 To Swz; E) Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 2 To Swz.4. The Contractor Has The Obligation To Employ Spp Controllers In Quantity Ensuring Control Of Each Parking Space In The Spp On The Days And Hours Of Spp, At Least Every Two Hours / In Accordance With The Submitted Offer /. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct And Maintain Service Of The Spp Office, Including Ensuring Constant Service Of The Spp Office, Active On The Days And Hours Of Spp, Located In Bytom At 20.6 Krakowska Street. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have And Use The Software Necessary To Process The Contract Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
