Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Access To Electronic Textbooks In General Education Subjects For Gratuitous Use By The Students From Viii To Xii Grades Of Ghg For Tourism Aleko Konstantinov, Bankya For The Educational Year 2024/2025. The Required Quantities Will Be Detailed In Specific Requests To Each Publishing House. The Deadline For Implementation Of The Basic Request Is By 30.08.2025. The Order Should Be Fulfilled In Accordance With All Rules And Regulations In Force At The Moment Regarding The Implementation Of The Awarded Activities. Textbooks And Training Kits Must Be In Line With The Lists And Textbooks Approved By The Ministry Of Education And Sciences, Which Will Be Used During The School Year. They Should Meet The Requirements Set Out In Ordinance No. 10 Of 2017 On The Cognitive Books, Textbooks And Teaching Aids, As Well As In Decree No. 79 Of 13.04.2016 Of The Council Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Provision Of Cognitive Books, Textbooks And Training Kits. The Delivered Textbooks And Training Kits Should Be New, Without Traces Of Use And Duly Completed. The Public Procurement Is In Accordance With The Approved By The Minister Of Education And Science With Order No. Rd09-316/13.02.02.2025 A Schedule Of The Activities For The Provision For Gratuitous Use Of Cognitive Books For The Children In The Four Age Groups, Of Textbooks And Of Teaching Kits For Students From Grades I To Xii. According To Art. 164 Of The Law On Public Health Insurance Acts And The Teaching Aids, Which Are Provided For Gratuitous Use Of The Students, Are Selected By The Teachers Who Teach In The Subject. In Accordance With These Legal Requirements, The Selection Of Textbooks And Teaching Aids For The 2024/2025 School Year Was Made, With The Textbooks Selected To Be Delivered To The School Students. The Only Possible Contractors For The Supplies Of The Selected Textbooks And Teaching Aids Are Possessing Copyrights On Them. According To Art. 191, Al. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Shall Send An Invitation To Certain Persons When The Award Of The Public Procurement To Another Person Is Impossible Due To The Existence Of Copyright Or Other Intellectual Property Rights, Or Of Exclusive Rights Acquired Under A Law Or An Administrative Act, As Well As When The Nature Of The Delivery Or Service Is Limited To A Specific Contractor. On The Grounds Of Art. 195 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Will Apply The Provision Of Art. 65, Para. 1 Of The Pppop And In View Of The Fact That In The Present Case By Analogy There Is A Foreseen In The Same Hypothesis, It Will Not Apply Art. 64, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of Pppop - I Will Not Prepare And Send Invitations To Participate, And After The Publication Of The Invitation In The Rop, Will Conclude A Contract With The Persons Holding Copyright
