Development Of Underground Organs, Bioactive Contents, Photosynthetic Efficiency, Exchange Of Greenhouse Gases, Composition Of Soil And Detergent, ...) And Technological Evolution (Instrumentation). In Many Circumstances, Phenotyping Must Be Carried Out High Speed, That Is To Say Quickly And On A Large Scale, To Meet The Requirements Linked To Modern Methods Of Genetic Analysis. Imaging Is At The Heart Of Phenotyping. The Acquisition Of Images With Different Techniques (Imaging In The Close Infrared (Nir) Or In An Extensive Range Of The Spectrum (Multi- Or Hyper-Society Imaging) Makes It Possible To Assess The Response Of Plants To The Constraints To Which They Are Subjected, Photosynthetic Efficiency Or The Mineral Composition Of Biomass In A Rapid And Non-Invasive Manner.
