Tenders are invited for Procurement of Develop, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance & Training for an Office Automation & Management System (OAMS) for Local Loans and Development Fund Procurement No : Lldf/2024/01 Qualification requirements include: (i) Bidder should be in the software development field as a registered company for more than Ten (10) years. (ii) Should have been awarded & completed at least two (02) government software development projects including one national level project within last five (05) years. (iii) Bidder shall be a legally registered service providing company in Sri Lanka. (iv) Bids shall be valid for a period up to 22/07/2025 and all bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security for an amount of LKR 400,000/- in the format given in the bidding document. (Bid Security Must be valid up to 19/08/2025). 4. A complete set of Bidding Document in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application from 01/04/2025 to 22/04/2025 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days from Local Loans & Development Funds, 24 A, Ward Place, Colombo 07 (LLDF), and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 9,500/-. The method of payment will be by cash at LLDF. 5.
