Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 5kw Fm Stereo Transmitter (Digital Technology) Along with Antenna System (06 Dipoles) Vertical with RF Transmission Cable and Accessories on DDP Turnkey Basis. Tender fee (non-refundable Rs.3000/- Bid security 02% is to be submitted in shape of CDR from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of The Controller (Procurement Cell), PBC, HQs, Islamabad Closing Date: 30-Apr-2025 11:00:00 AM Terms & Conditions: 1. Participating bidder should be OEM/authorized dealer, Sole distributer or potential bidder having enough relevant experience for supply, installation, testing & commissioning of FM Transmitters in public & private sectors within Pakistan. (PBC may verify the registration of firms with OEM) and Bidders must have import license to import the tendered/quoted equipment must meet/ comply with all the international standards. 2. In case Government announces any public holiday or due to unavoidable circumstances (Force Majeure) the tender will be opened on next working day. 3. Technically qualified bidders financial position must be strong enough to procure the tendered equipment and technically capable for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and configure the complete system as per requirement of PBC. Under any circumstances the supply shall not be delayed due to dearth of bidders financial position as well as due to his technical inability.
