The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Contract: Activity 1 - Preparation Of Investment Projects: Development Of Investment Projects In The Working Project Phase, Including The Necessary Details For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions And Scope, Regulated In Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001. For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, As Well As The Other Applicable And Valid Legislation, And The Requirements For The Development Of Investment Projects, As Well As The Activities, Which, As A Consequence Or Addition To It, In Accordance With The Regulatory Framework, Including Coordination With Operating Companies And Other Bodies And Approval Under The Procedure Of The Law On Public Procurement. When Preparing The Projects, The Selected Contractor Should Comply With The Admissible Financing Activities, Which Are Prescribed As Mandatory In: A Report On A Technical Inspection For The Respective Building; Summary Of A Report From The Building Survey Of The Building For The Building For The Respective Building; Energy Efficiency Report For The Building Concerned; Technical Passport Of The Building Prepared In The Inspection For Establishing The Technical Characteristics For The Respective Building; Certificate Of Energy Characteristics Of A Building In Operation For The Respective Building. Activity 2 - Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works (Construction Works) On Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In A Multi -Digital Residential Building: Implementation Of The Envisaged Construction Works On The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In A Multi -Medical Residential Building According To The Activities, Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order, In The Species Described And Of The Order And The Price Offer. The Intended Construction Works According To The Manufactured Investment Projects Must Include: Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures - Prescribed As Mandatory In The Energy Efficiency Reports Of Buildings; Accompanying Construction Works - Related To The Implementation Of The Mandatory Energy Efficiency Measures And The Corresponding Restoration Of The Common Parts Of The Buildings As A Result Of This Implementation (The Accompanying Construction Works Are Only Related To The Restoration Of The Original State, Disturbed As A Result Of The Renovation Of The Common Parts And The Replacement Of The Joinery In The Independent Site); The Following Energy -Saving Measures (Esm) Are Provided, Detailed In The Report Of The Energy Efficiency And Energy Performance Certificates Of The Building: Thermal Insulation Of The Exterior Walls; Heat Insulation Of The Roof; Heat Insulation Of Floor; Replacement Of Windows; Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures. The Following Activities Also Include The Following Activities That Are Related To The Implementation Of The Construction Works And Constitute A Condition, A Consequence Or Addition To It: Execution Of Construction Works According To The Prepared And Approved By
