Closer Specifications Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Including The Technical Conditions, Are Specified In The Draft Of The Contract, Which Consists Of Annex 1 To The Tender Documentation. Due To The Analysis Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Not Possible For Information Systems To Be Delivered To The Competence Of The Cyber Security Act Of The Nukib Warning Of 17 December 2018 (Ref. 3012/2018-Nukib-E/110) (Warning). The Contracting Authority Plans To Use The Equipment For Both Critical Information Infrastructure (Kii) And Important Information Systems, Which Fall Within The Competence Of The Cyber Security Act As Well As For Information Systems That Are Not Subject To (Non-Kii). In The Event That The Supplier Wants To Offer The Contracting Authority The Funds In The Warning, It Is Necessary To Duplicate The Supply, So That For Kii And Important Information Systems Will Be Supplied With Funds That Are Not Given In Warning And For Non-Kii Will Be Delivered By The Funds Of Another Manufacturer. However, Such A Division Will Also Bring The Necessary Increase In The Infrastructure And These Ancillars Must Be Carried By The Supplier (See The Draft Contract).
