The Applicant Must Proceed In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations Of The Slovak Republic And The Eu In Accordance With The Contract, And Must Also Comply With The Relevant Regulations Concerning The Hygiene Requirements Under Special Regulations For The Storage, Handling And Transport Of Food And Their Marketing In The Slovak Republic, Respectively. If A Successful Candidate Is Unable To Deliver The Required Packaging Of Any Of The Items Of The Order Specified In This Part Of The Tender Documents At The Time Of The Order, It Can Replace The Required Package With A Possible Permissible Packaging Of A Maximum Of ± 20% Of The Ground
