Heating Engineering Services For Buildings - Framework Agreement Building Physical Calculations And Consulent Performance For The Refurbishment Of Housing Plants Of The City Of Vienna - Wiener Wohnen. The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement (Section 31 Paragraph 7 Bvergg 2018) Is Objective. On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement, Orders On Building Physical Calculations And Consulate Services Are To Be Awarded For The Renovation Of Residential Complexes Of The City Of Vienna - Wiener Wohnen. These Orders Should Essentially Have The Following Services: Building Physical Survey And Documentation Of The Inventory, Existing Energy Id; Development/Elaboration Of Renovation Variants (Development Of Thermal Renovation Measures And Optimization With Regard To Economy And Eligibility); Energy Certificate For Renovation For The Application For Funding At The Residential Fund_Wien; Building Physics Design; Building Physics And Energy Certificate (E) For Building Law Submission; Professional Advice And Support For The Leading Detail Creation And Tender Planning; Professional Advice And Support For Trade Advertisements; Professional Advice And Support For Execution Planning And The Examination Of The Work Planning Of The Executing Contractors (Civilian Nikers Or Engineering Consensers Etc.) Of The Client (Wrwks); Support Of The Öba In Building Physical Topics; Documentation Of The Inventory After The Renovation And The Creation Of An Existing Energy Id After Completion For The Authorities And Funding Agencies. If, In The Course Of The Award Procedure, It Turns Out That The Services Described In The Announcement Or Tender Document Must Be Expanded Or Restricted (E.G. Additional Services Or Performance Reductions), Wrwks Is Free To Do So And, If Necessary, Allow The Involvement Of Other Companies As (Necessary) Subcontractors.
