The Province Of Utrecht Is Participating In The National Program For Specific Benefit (Spuk) Commercial Real Estate That Runs Until 1 May 2027. There Are Two Programs Within This Spuk, Including The Mkb Unburdening Program (Omb). The Province Of Utrecht Has The Task Of Relieving 591 Micro And Small Smes With More Sustainable From Their Business Premises. The Province Intends To Contract Tenderers Of Energy Scans For Business Premises Through A So-Called Open House Procedure And Where Relevant The Business Processes (As Included In The Eml List And Including Relevant Extra-Statutory Measures) To Be Allowed To Enter A Digital Card Box. Micro And Small Companies That Participate In The Review Program And Need An Energy Scan Can Make A Choice Independently Via An Online Card Box For The Supplier From Which They Want To Receive The Energy Scan. -
