Construction Work- Works (Design And Execution) Of Rehabilitation Of The Heating Network Related To The Project Retehnologization Of The Centralized Heating System In The Municipality Of Timișoara In Order To Comply With The Environmental Protection Norms Regarding The Air Emissions In The Air And To Increase The Efficiency In The Urban Heat Supply- Stage Iii. Based On The Contract, Works (Design And Execution) Will Be Executed For Rehabilitation Of The District Heating Network Retehnologization Of The Centralized Heating System In Timișoara In Order To Comply With The Environmental Protection Norms Regarding The Pollutant Emissions In The Air And To Increase The Efficiency In The Urban Heat Supply- Attribution. Primary Thermal, In Order To Increase The Energy Efficiency Of The Centralized Heat Supply System In Timisoara. The Project Aims To Increase Energy Efficiency And Reduce Thermal Energy Losses In The Transport Network. Within The Investment Will Be Rehabilitated 13,439 Km Route (26,878 Km Of Pipelines) Primary Thermal Networks, By Replacing The Existing Used Pipes, With A Pre -Insulated System, As Well As The Accomplishment Of The Other Collateral Works (Making New Heating Dormitories, Replacing The Valves, Replacing The Rooms, The Rehabilitation Of The Pillars, Etc.). And The Rehabilitation Will Be Achieved By The Use Of New Technologies, Which Will Cause To Increase The Energy Efficiency, In Order To Deliver The Thermal Agent To The Quantitative And Qualitative Parameters Required For Consumers And With A Minimum Impact On The Environment, By Reducing The Amount Of Pollutants. The Object Of The Contract Is Represented By The Preparation Of The Design Documentation For The Phases: -Elaboration Of The Documents Necessary To Obtain All The Necessary Notices And Authorizations; -To Keep All The Necessary Permits And Authorizations From All The National Authorities Whose Legislation Imposes This For All Phases Of The Contract; -Dtac; -Technical Project, Execution Details, -Verification Of The Technical Project And The Execution Details By The Authorized Verifiers According To The Legal Regulations In Force; -Documentation For Obtaining The Iscir Operating Authorization (If Applicable); -Safety And Health Plan On The Site; -As-Built (Including The Technical Books Of Constructions/Installations); -The Approval Of The Approval Of The Control And Verification Plans That Also Contain The Determining Phases Of The Works, By The State Inspectorate For Construction (As The Case May Be); -Technical Assistance From The Designer; -The Material Of Materials; -The Equipment Of The Equipment; -The Execution Of The Works And The Commissioning Of The Installations; -Testing And Putting
