Tenders are Invited for Procurement of Portable Radio Stations to Ensure Internal Airport Communication Submit the following documents to the Contract Department of Mary International Airport at the address: 1A Gokje Street, Mary, Turkmenistan: A written application for participation in the tender, indicating the full legal name of the applicant, relevant experience in this field, legal status, and bank details. The application must also include the founding documents of the applicant, a power of attorney, a copy of the representatives passport, and contact telephone numbers. Pay a non-refundable tender participation fee of 70 (seventy) Turkmen manats for residents of Turkmenistan or 20 (twenty) US dollars for non-residents (including VAT and excluding bank fees). Payment instructions will be provided upon submission of the written application. Tender proposals will be accepted for consideration only after the funds have been received in the account of Mary International Airport. Obtain the technical specifications from the Contract Department or from the office of the Head Technical Operations and Maintenance Department of Mary International Airport. Note: Applications and tender proposals from companies registered in or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted. Payment for the completed work will be made in the national currency (manat). Tender proposals will be accepted from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time at the Contract Department or the office of the Head of the Technical Operations and Maintenance Department of Mary International Airport, within 20 (twenty) working days from the publication date of this announcement.
