Tenders are invited for Services Procurement Contract for Capacity Building Training The following Definitions Apply to this Procurement Contract: The Tenderer: An Economic Operator Submitting a Tender; The Contractor/ Service Provider: The Tenderer to Whom the Procurement Contract is Awarded; The Contracting Authority: Enabel, Represented by the Resident Representative of Enabel in Palestine. The Tender: Commitment of the Tenderer to Perform the Procurement Contract under the Conditions that He has Submitted; Days: In the Absence of Any Indication in this Regard in the Tender Specifications and the Applicable Regulations, All Days should be Interpreted as Calendar Days The Coordinator: Should have the following Key Qualifications and Experience: I. Masters Degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or Related Discipline. Ii. At Least 5 Years of Proven Experience in Training Services, including Engaging Online Training. Vi. Experience with Adult Learning, Online Learning Methodologies and after-Training Services. Iv. Excellent Command of Arabic and English Language Both Verbal and Written. V. Strong Interpersonal Skills and the Ability to Communicate and Work Well with Diverse People. Vi. Strong Project Management Skills. Vii.
