Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas - Development Of Urban And Unrealized Urban Greenery, Supplementing Plantings. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Provision Of Furnished And Unrealized Urban Greenery And Planting. 2. Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Performance Of Seasonal Flower Beds And Their Care; 2) Preparation Of Flower Towers For Summer Filling, Planting With Flowers And Their Care; 3) Maintenance And Care Of Urban Pots; 4) Performing Perennial And/ Or Decorative Grass Discounts And Their Care; 5) Performing Lawns And Their Care; 6) Planting Deciduous And Coniferous Trees As Needed And Their Care; 7) Planting Deciduous And Coniferous Shrubs And Their Care; 8) Gardening Services As Needed. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Services Constituting The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Gardening Knowledge, Applicable Provisions In The Field Of Environmental Protection, With Due Diligence And With The Participation Of Appropriate Equipment, As Well As To Comply With The Instructions And Recommendations Of The Employer. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contract Is Specified In The Contract Template And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Attachments To Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Swz And Its Attachments And Process The Order On The Terms And Described In Them.
