Part 1: Construction And Expansion Of The Water Treatment Station In Stęszew. The Scope Of Work In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities And Design Documentation. The Contractor Will Perform All Necessary Work For The Correct Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Along With The Start Of Devices And Training Of User Employees. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Tender Documentation And In Consultation With The Employer. In Addition, The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Preparation Of Full Documentation - 2 Copies In Polish, Which Consists Of: A) As -Built Documentation: B) Approvals For Materials And Prefabricated Elements, C) Operating Instructions, Maintenance And Operation Of Devices 2) Works Acceptance Protocols. 3) Required Documents Regarding Research, Measurements And Checks Carried Out By The Contractor, Technology Of Performing Works: Work Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Building Law, Laws Regarding Technical Requirements, Environmental Protection, In Accordance With Health And Safety And Technical Knowledge. All The Materials Used Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Approvals And Certificates As Well. In Addition, Each Material Used Should Be Agreed With The Contracting Authority, The Lack Of Agreement Will Result In The Replacement For The Appropriate, The Cost Of Replacement Will Be Fully Incurred By The Contractor.
