In Addition, The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Preparation Of Full Documentation - 2 Copies In Polish, Which Consists Of: A) As -Built Documentation: B) Approvals For Materials And Prefabricated Elements, C) Operating Instructions, Maintenance And Operation Of Devices 2) Works Acceptance Protocols. 3) Required Documents Regarding Research, Measurements And Checks Carried Out By The Contractor, Technology Of Performing Works: Work Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Building Law, Laws Regarding Technical Requirements, Environmental Protection, In Accordance With Health And Safety And Technical Knowledge. All The Materials Used Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Approvals And Certificates As Well. In Addition, Each Material Used Should Be Agreed With The Contracting Authority, The Lack Of Agreement Will Result In The Replacement For The Appropriate, The Cost Of Replacement Will Be Fully Incurred By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Relation To Third Parties.
