1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Of The First Floor Of The Building At 21/27 Okopowa Street In Gdańsk - 2Nd Stage. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Two Parts: Part 1 - Reconstruction Of The Connector Rooms In The Umwp Building At Ul. Okopowa 21/27; Part 2 - Reconstruction Of Office Rooms No. 12 And No. 16 On The Ground Floor Of The Umwp Building At Ul. Okopowa 21/27.3. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility. Noisy Works Should Be Performed In Agreement With The Ordering Party In The Afternoon - After The Working Hours Of The Office. Part Of The Works That Are Troublesome For The Functioning Of The Offices Work (Demolition Works, Dust, Debris) Should Be Performed After Agreeing With The Ordering Party In Free Time From The Offices Work (Weekends, Afternoon, Evening, Night). It Is Necessary To Take Into Account And Ensure The Possibility Of The Functioning Of Neighboring Rooms. The Works Carried Out Cannot Have A Negative Impact On Communication Routes, Buildings And Neighboring Areas, Including Proper Maintenance And Cleanliness. 4. The Contractor Must Predict The Protection Of The Construction Site/Area And Its Surroundings Against Dirt And Destruction. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions On Environmental Protection, Fire Protection, Public And Private Property Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Follow The Legal Provisions, Provide The Appropriate Materials And Standards Related To The Contract, Ensure The Quality Of Works And Documentation Needed To Receive Works.5. The Order Should Be Processed In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In: Technical Documentation, Including Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Attachments No. 1.1 And 1.3 To Swz And In Draft Contracts Constituting Annex 2.1 And 2.2 To Swz. 6. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Document, Which Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For Calculating The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. The Contractor May Not Use Errors Or Abandonment In Swz Documentation, And Should Immediately Notify The Contracting Authority Who Will Make Appropriate Changes Or Corrections, And In The Event Of Abandoning The Above, The Effects Associated With It Will Be Burdened Only By The Contractor. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Analyze The Solutions Presented In The Swz Documentation, In Terms Of Adopted Technical Solutions And Optimization Of The Work System. 9. All Temporary Media Breaks Are Permissible Only After Each, Prior Consultation With The Contracting Authority Of Their Disabling (Electricity, Water, Central Heating, Etc.), At Least Two -Day In Advance. 10. The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve The Possibility Of Applying For The Order Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.11 Act.
