The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of The Orlik Sports Complex In Świerczynki, The Łysomice Commune, The Toruń Poviat, The Kuyavian -Pomeranian Voivodeship, Design And Build In The Formula. 2. The Design And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works, And Then To Build A Football Field, Build A Multifunctional Field, Lighting, Hardening, Assembly Of Small Architecture, Assembly Of A Container, Which Is To Be Used As An Outbuilding For Storing Sports Equipment, Until The Permission To Use/Report Works (If Applies). 3. The Scope Of Works As Part Of The Established Remuneration Also Includes: 1) Obtaining The Necessary Map Foundations For Design Purposes; 2) Performing Borehole And Geotechnical Tests And Preparing The Required By Law, For A Fixed Geotechnical Category And Ground Conditions, Geological And Geotechnical Documentation Together With The Necessary Administrative Decisions In The Field Of Geological Works, Dehydration, Etc.; 3) Verification Of The Possibility Of Using Existing Connections For The Purposes Of The Tasks In Question Or Obtaining New Technical Conditions For The Investor, Assurances Of Connection To External Networks And Obtaining Conditions For Removing Possible Technical Collisions; 4) Obtaining To The Investor All Necessary Task: Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements, Checks And Approvals To The Extent Resulting From The Provisions And Requirements Sanitary And Fire Safety; 5) The Implementation And Agreement Of Projects Related To The Removal Of Collisions, Including The Implementation And Reconciliation Of Construction Projects (Together With The Necessary Decisions); 6) Development Of A Construction Project Together With The Necessary Decisions, Opinions, Expertise And Arrangements And Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit; 7) Developing Multi -Branch Executive Projects; 8) Bill Of Quantities, Expert Opinions, Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications; 9) Developing Information On Safety And Health Protection, Environmental Protection, Fire Protection And Other Threats If Such A Study Is Required On The Basis Of Separate Provisions; 10) Preparation Of The Project For Temporary Traffic Organization During Construction, If Necessary; 11) Geodetic Service Consisting In Setting Out The Course Of Works; 12) Preparation Investments, Including: Agreeing With The Employer And/Or User Of The Details Of Investment Implementation, The Impact Of Which May Affect The Normal Work Of The School; Ensuring All Media Necessary For The Duration Of The Investment; Preparation Of The Square And Construction Facilities In Accordance With The Law And Guidelines Of The Ordering Party, And Ensuring The Protection Of The Area During Implementation; 13) Preparing A
