1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Pound Of Sanitary Facilities For Girls. Sanitary Facilities Are Located On The Ground Floor, First And Second Floor Of The School Building. A Complete Dismantling Of Existing Sanitary Facilities Will Be Performed. At Each Level, Girls Sanitary Facilities Will Be Equipped With Six Cabins And Four Sinks. Part Of The Sanitary Facilities With Sinks Will Be Made In The Affected Part Of The Corridor. Separation Of This Part With A Partition Wall In G-K Board Technology. The Entrance Door To The Sanitary Facilities Will Be Replaced With New Ones. Door Size 90 And 80, In Widened Door Openings. Substitution To Existing Sanitary Installations At The Basement Level. As Part Of Renovation Works In Łazienki, It Is Expected To Replace Radiators With Aluminum, Replacement Of Water And Sewage Pipes, Replacement Of Bathroom Fittings, Replacement Of Electrical Installation, Lighting And Accessories, Changing The Location Of Partition Walls And Replacement Of Walls Separating Sanitary Cabins Into Walls Made Of Colored Hpl Boards. Floor Tiles In Non -Slip Sanitary Facilities (Min. R10). All Materials Used To Perform Renovation Works Must Have Approvals And Approval For Use In Construction. All Material In The First Species. The Factual Work Of The Works In Particular Includes:- Dismantling Of Existing Equipment- Dismantling Of Wall And Floor Cladding,- Demolition Of Partitions,- Implementation Of The Reconstruction Of The Sewage And Water Network,- Making New Floors, Insulation, Laying Of Tiles And Terracotta,- Replacement Of Bathroom Fittings,- Replacement Of The Door Carpentry In The Renovated Sanitary Facilities,- Replacement Of Central Heating Heaters,- Replacement Of Electrical Installations And Lighting Fittings,- Installation Of Walls Releasing Cabins From Hpl Boards Gr. 10 Mm,- Construction Of Sewage And Water Departments,- Repair And Plastering Of Wall Fragments Not Covered With Glaze,- Painting The Walls In Sanitary Facilities. 2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Works Are Determined By Annexes 9.10 To Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Stwiorb.3. Additional Obligations Of The Contractor Arising From The Social Clause Based On Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Pzpzimawier Act, Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employ Throughout The Entire Contract Of Performance Of The Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26.06.1974 Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, I.E.) Employees/Employee Directly Performing Activities Related To, Among Others: Earthworks, Renovation Robots, Sanitary Robots, Electric Robots, Etc.
