The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Design Works And Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of A Roofing With A Permanent Construction Of An Existing Multifunctional Field At Primary School No. 2 In Kostrzyn In The Design And Build Formula. The Operation Was Covered By Co -Financing From The State Budget, Which Is The Disposer Of The Minister Of Sport And Tourism Under The Olimpia Program - The Program Of Construction Of School Sports Halls For The 100Th Anniversary Of The First Performances Of The Polish National Team At The Olympic Games. In Particular, It Is Envisaged: • The Implementation Of The Necessary Design Works Together With Obtaining The Reconciliation And Approval Of The Developed Construction Project And Obtaining A Building Permit For The Planned Investment (Note: The Contracting Authority Has A Map For Design Purposes, Which Will Be Made Available To The Selected Contractor); • Construction Of A Sports Hall With A Multi -Functional Field, According To The Concept Pfu, • Execution Of Comprehensive Internal Finishing Works, Including: Floors And Sports Surfaces (Utilization Of The Existing Surface And Installation Of Designed Surfaces), Floor And Wall Cladding, Painting The Surface And Wall Surfaces Of The Surface And Wall Surfaces, Assembly Of Internal Doors, Assembly Of Joinery, Etc. Sanitary, Including Water-Sewage, Lighting Installation, And Room Equipment With A Pump In Accordance With The Needs Of The Newly Designed Sports Hall, Etc., • Delivery And Assembly Of Complete Equipment Of Individual Facilities, Stands, As Well As The Delivery Of Sports Equipment With A Mobile Stage And A Laser Shooting Range, • Development Of The Area Around The Resulting Building In The Field Greenery, And The Performance Of All Accompanying Works Related To The Works Performed. Functional Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In The Planned Contractual Provisions (Template Of The Contract)-Annex 1 To Swz And In The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.
