1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Purposes Of Operating Buildings Of The Lublin Poviat Located In Lubliniec, On The Principles Set Out In The Energy Law Of April 10, 1997. And Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis. Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., Application For A Change Of A Seller On The Time Limit Enabling The Purchase Of Energy By The Ordering Party From August 1, 2025.6) The Ordering Party Undertakes To Provide The Contractor With The Data Necessary To Effectively Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller Of Electricity And Granting The Contractor To The Power Of Attorney To Carry It Out, In Accordance With The Template Constituting An Attachment No. 3 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. The Parties Decide That The Contracting Authority Is Responsible For The Completeness And Correctness Of The Data Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller. 7) The Contractor Will Present To The Employer Information About The Change Described In Para. 5) .8) The Contract In Question Does Not Include Matters Related To The Distribution Of Electricity, Connecting And Measuring Energy, Except That The Contractor Undertakes To Submit A Distribution System From The Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As The Osd), On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Of The Notification On The Conclusion Of The Electricity Sales Contract. 9) Sales Of Electricity Takes Place Through The Distribution Network Belonging To The Local Distribution System - Tauron Dystrybucja Sa, With Which The Ordering Party Has A Contract For An Indefinite Period Of Distribution Services, Current As At The Day Of The Planned Date Of Starting Sales Under The Contract, For Ppe Specified In Annex 2 To Swz. The Conditions For The Provision Of Distribution Services Are Specified In A Separate Distribution Agreement Concluded With The Osd.10) The Contracting Authority Declares That It Has A Legal Title To Use The Facilities To Which Electricity Should Be Delivered Under The Contract. 11) The Planned Amount Of Electricity Consumption During The Contract For Individual Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 2 To Swz Is Estimated At 216 Mwh. 12) The Contracting Authority Allows/Agrees To Conduct Electricity Settlements For The Collection Points Listed In Annex 2 To Swz In Units Expressed In Pln/Kwh Gross (1Mwh = 1000 Kwh) .13) Specified By The Employer, The Forecast Energy Consumption Is Approximate And The Given Quantities Are Estimated In Order To Determine The Value Of The Contract The Contracting Authoritys Commitment To Buy Energy In The Amount Given And Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. 14) Any Change In The Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Employer, Except For The Settlement For The Actually Used Amount Of Energy According To The Prices Specified In The Contractors Offer.
