3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Delivered: A) It Was Brand New, Fully Functional, Without Physical Or Legal Defects, B) It Was Not Previously Used Or Operated, C) Met Technical, Legal And Utility Requirements, Have Appropriate Technical Approvals And Certificates - Specified In Detail In Opz.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Services Accompanying The Delivery, I.E. Loading, Transport, Unloading In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Grant A Guarantee Of Min. 24 Months From The Date Of Signing Without Comments On Receipts. Attention! Extending The Quality Guarantee Period To The Offered Subject Of The Contract Specified In Item 12 And 13 Opz Is A Non -Price Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers. 6. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party In Polish, In Polish, All Documents Necessary For Use (Instructions, Guarantees).
