The Delegation of the European Union to Mozambique (EUDEL) needs to initiate a public tender process to award third-party providers a Design & Build contract to perform a complete building renovation (architectural, engineerings such as electrical, hydraulic, and communications), office fitment of approximately 1.800m2 of usable area (internal layouts, space planning, façades refurbishment). In this context, the purpose of the Tender is to select a contractor to carry out the complete design, works supervision, and construction of the office fit-out, ensuring strict adherence to the technical requirements and specifications outlined in the Technical Specifications and the Draft Contract. The subject of the Design and Build contract is the execution of the complete design, works supervision, and construction of the office fit-out of the premises of the European Union Delegation in Mozambique, ensuring strict adherence to the technical requirements and specifications outlined in the Technical Specifications and the Draft Contract.
