Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Service Roads to Irrigated Areas Located in the Rugombo and Murwi Communes, Cibitoke Province. The contracting authority is required to verify the sworn statement based on the following documents: 1) a criminal record extract in the name of the bidder (legal entity) or its representative (natural person) in the case where there is no criminal record for legal entities; 2) a document proving that the bidder is in good standing with regard to the payment of social security contributions; 3) a document proving that the bidder is in good standing with regard to the payment of taxes. The recent nature of the aforementioned documents is established to the extent that they are less than three months old from the final date for submitting bids. The bidder may attach these documents directly to their bid. Evidence: List of works contracts; Provisional or final acceptance report for the referenced contracts or Certificate of Proper Performance or Completion signed by the Contracting Authority. 2. The bidder must have sufficiently skilled personnel to properly perform the contract. If the bidder does not have the specialists required below within its internal structure, it may ensure their presence on the team through temporary partnerships (joint ventures) or subcontracting.
