Tenders are invited for Managed ICT Support Service for ICT & e-Governance at different division of CAAB. Eligibility of Tenderer: Any Bangladeshi Tenderer shall meet the following eligibility criteria as a minimum to participate in the tender completion. 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub-contractor/Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years (All concern documents must be submitted) 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/Farm in providing non-consultant service of at least 01 (One) Contract or 02 (Two) Contracts of similar nature, complexity and technology (i.e. Software solution/ Data Center Operation & Maintenance) completed over a period of last 05 (Five) years with a value of Tk. 5 (Five) Crore for at least 1 contract or sum of 2 contracts shall be required (All concern documents must be submitted). 3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 4 (four) Crore over the last 03 (Three) years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6.50 (Six point five zero) Crore. Brief Description of Goods or Works: Support & Maintenance of Software, Hardware, Network and Data Connectivity, Major Software modification/enhancement/new MIS Software development, user level technical support, training and data Entry as required for smooth operation of all 23 (Twenty three) MIS Modules installed at data center.
