Closing Date: 25 Apr 2025 Type: Consultancy The Syrian Womens Network - is announcing its desire to contract with a Governance and Internal Policy Expert to review the organizations bylaws and update its internal policies and administrative structure, in line with the current phase and developments in the Syrian context. Scope of Work: Review and update the organizations bylaws in accordance with the principles of good governance. Evaluate current organizational and administrative policies and propose adjustments that align with the current working environment. Review the organizational structure to ensure it aligns with the organizations goals and strategic direction. Strengthen transparency and accountability within the organization through clear regulatory mechanisms. Prepare a final report outlining recommendations and proposed amendments. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in governance or policy and internal system development within civil society organizations. In-depth knowledge of the Syrian civil work context and its challenges. Strong understanding of good governance principles and non-profit management.
