Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Patients In Need Of Hemodialysis, From Their Home To Hemodialysis Clinic At St. Marina Hospital Ead For A Period Of 2 (Two) Years

According To The Current And Current National Framework Agreement No. Rd-Nd-01-2 Of September 1, 2023, For Medical Activities Between The National Health Insurance Fund And The Bulgarian Medical Union For 2023-2025, Annex No. 18 Outpatient Procedures, In The Scope Of An Ambulary Procedures № 1 And 2 In Connection With Dialysis Treatment, It Includes And Involvement, It Is Included And Insured. Conversely, Depending On Their Condition. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Transport Of Patients In Need Of Dialysis Treatment, From Their Home To The Hemodialysis Clinic At St. Marina Hospital Ead And Vice Versa For A Period Of 2 Years. Transportation Is Carried Out According To A Schedule Approved By The Contracting Authority And A Registered List Of Patients. Patients From The Municipalities Are Served: Avren, Aksakovo, Beloslav, Byala, Varna, Vetrino, Vulchi Dol, Devnya, Dolni Chiflik, Dalgopol, Provadia, Suvorovo, Obzor And Balchik. The Number Of Patients To Be Transported For Dialysis Treatment Is Indicated In The Schedule And The Registered List Of Patients. In The Performance Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Include Or Exclude Patients From The Schedule And The Registered List, Or To Move Them From One Address To Another, Incl. When Changing The Settlement. When New Patients In Dialysis Treatment, Moving From One Settlement To Another Or When Stopping/ Completing Treatment At The Medical Establishment, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Exclusion, Respectively, The Inclusion Of New Destinations. For Transportation Of Patients For One Dialysis, A Full Course Is Performed - From The Patients Home To The Hemodialysis Clinic At St. Marina Ead And Their Return To Home After Dialysis. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Patients - Reducing Or Increasing Their Number, Depending On Their Momentary Health Status Or The Need To Include New Patients. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Include New Patients Or To Write Off Patients From The List To The Graph. In This Case, Between The Contracting Authority And The Contractor Is Synchronized The Change Of The Graphics And, Respectively, The Routes Are Synchronized, Changing By The Contracting Authority, If Necessary - Dropped And/Or Added New Patients, New Settlements And Others. The Routes Are Indicative Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement. They Are Dynamic And Are Subject To Changes In Accordance With The Dynamics Of Changes In Patients At The Hospital. If The Change Leads To The On And/Or Exclusion Of A Destination, The Distance Of The Newly Formed Route Shall Be Calculated Along The Route Designated As The Fastest Of The Electronic Internet -Based Road Card System.
