A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation: Architectural And Construction Project, Technical Project, Pre -Emptive Of Works, Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Documents Constituting Attachments To The Project Documentation, Which Constitute Attachments To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 3. The Bill Of Quantity Is An Auxiliary Material To Prepare The Offer. 4. The Contracting Authority Indicates That Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Allows The Possibility Of Making A Local Vision. 5. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Offer After The Contractor Undergoing A Local Vision. 6. Local Vision Can Be Made After Determining The Dates With The Ordering Party. 7.
