Tenders Are Invited For Performance Of A Major Repair Of The Ast-45G Compressor Aggregate

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of The Great Ast-45G Compressor Aggregate, Hereinafter Referred To As Renovation. 2. As Part Of The Renovation, The Contractor Will Ensure: 1) Receipt Of The Compressor Aggregate That Is The Subject Of Renovation From The Employers Warehouse And Its Delivery To The Employer After The Renovation, 2) Purchase And Installation Of Materials And Spare Parts Necessary For Proper Renovation, 3) Performing All Services Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Renovation, 4) Equipment Necessary To Perform Renovation. 3. The Expected Range Of Renovation Is Set Out In Annex 1 To The Specification. In The Event That For The Proper Performance Of The Renovation It Is Necessary To Perform Additional Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Them Under The Contract. 4. After The Renovation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue A Certificate Of Renovation, With A List Of All Parts Listed To New Ones. The Certificate Should Show That The Compressor Aggregate: 1) Still Meets The Requirements Of Use In Underground Mining Excavations With The Degree Of A, B Or C Of The Danger Of Methane Explosion, 2) Is Adapted To Work At An Ambient Temperature Up To 30C, 3) Still Belongs To The Group And Devices Intended For Use In Underground Mines Threatened With Fastened Gas Or Flammable Dust, Covering The Categories Of Devices M 1 And M 2, Within The Meaning Of § 3 Para. 7 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of June 6, 2016 On Requirements For Devices And Protective Systems Intended For Use In A Potentially Explosive Atmosphere. 5. After The Renovation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Provide Reports Of Post -Renovation Electrical Measurements: Measurements Of Engine Insulation Resistance, Measurements Of Main And Auxiliary Track Insulation Resistance, And Measurement Of Engine Windings. In Addition, The Contractor Should Draw Up A Report On The Legalization Of Security.
