The Order Applies To A Project Co -Financed By The State Budget, As Part Of The Offer Competition Conducted By The Minister Of National Defense Entitled: Strzelnica In Poviat 2025 No. 1/2025/Cwcr, Conducted On The Basis Of § 3 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Defense Of July 6, 2018 On Funding From The State Budget Related To Construction, Renovation And Maintenance Of Shooting Sports And The Development (Journal Of Laws, Item 1335) Link To Information On The Competition: Https://Www.Gov.Pl/Web/Obrona-Narodowa/Konkurs-Ofert-Strzelnica-W-Powiecie-2025-Nr-12025Cwcr The Order Is Aimed At Creating A Virtual Shooting Range With A Shooting Equipment, Enabling The Conduct Of Organized Strzelce Training. In Addition To The Delivery And Assembly Of A Complete Shooting Range In Part 1 Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Required To Train Employees Indicated By The Employer In The Scope Of Comprehensive Service Of The Shooting Range. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 1A To Swz For Each Part. The Contracting Authority Indicates That Part 1 Of The Order May Only Be Awarded To The Contractor Who Will Meet All The Requirements Referred To In The Competition Announcement - Annex 7 To Swz. This Is A Condition For Receiving Funding. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using His Own Tools, Materials, Equipment And Transport. Installation Will Consist In The Performance Of All Works And Services Necessary To Use The Subject Of The Contract For Their Intended Use And Function, I.E. On Setting, Leveling, Adjusting, Suspending Individual Elements, As Well As On The Application And Cleaning Of The Delivery Site. The Costs And Risk Of Transport, Packaging, Insurance During Transport And Installation Of Shelves Are Borne By The Contractor.
