No. 1/2018 For The Approval Of The General And Specific Conditions For Certain Categories Of Purchase Contracts Related To The Investment Objectives Financed From Public Funds. The Contracting Authority, As Defined, Is Uat Arad County, And This Can Delegate Part Of Its Duties To The Provider, According To The Conditions In The Specifications. Also, The Supervisor Through The Site Management Fulfills All The Tasks Stipulated In Order 1496/2011 With The Subsequent Completions And Modifications, Regarding The Approval Of The Procedure For Authorizing The Site Conductors, Respectively Law 10/1995 With The Subsequent Completions And Modifications.
