The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In The Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes, Especially In Annex 5 Description Of The Site. The Procurement Is Subject To The Law On Public Procurement And Access Agreements (1397/2016). The Procurement Is A Procurement That Exceeds The Threshold For Specific Services Under Annex E (Health And Social Services And Related Services). An Open Procedure Is Used As The Procurement Procedure. The Procurement Agreement Will Only Be Concluded By Signing A Written Agreement. The Contract To Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Tender Does Not Constitute An Exclusive Right For The Selected Service Provider To Provide The Service. One (1) Service Provider Is Selected As The Contractor For An Indefinite Contractual Relationship. The Entity To Be Acquired Must Be Available To The Contracting Entity As Of 1.1.2026. The Contracting Entity Does Not Commit To Purchasing A Predetermined Amount Of The Service From The Service Provider During The Contract Period, But The Service Is Purchased As Needed. The Amount Of Procurement Provided In The Invitation To Tender Is Estimated And The Contract Does Not Constitute The Obligation To Purchase The Contracting Entity. The Purpose Of Notifying The Quantities Stated In Annex 2 In Annex 2 Of The Invitation To Tender Is Only To Make Bids Prices Comparable.
