Solar Panel Roof-Covering Work-Reverse Solar-Photovoltaic Projects ≥ 10 Kwc And ≤ 150 Kwc (On Equity) In The Brussels-Capital Region. The Assignment Includes: • The Study And Dimensioning Of The Installations To Be Built (Efficiency And Stability Studies, Implantation Schema, Ballast And Tranquil Plans, Etc.); • The Delivery Of All Equipment Components That Form A Functional Installation For The Production Of Electricity Using Photovoltaic Panels, Including But Not Limited To: The Photovoltaic Panels: O All Power Gammas; O With Ce Label And Assembled In An Eu Country Or A Non-Eu Country, Provided That These Panels Are Re-Certified By An Iso 17025-Recognized Laboratory In The Eu That Specializes In Testing Photovoltaic Modules; The Inverters With Ce Label, Preferably Manufactured In An Eu Member State; The Electrical Equipment, Including But Not Limited To: O The Electrical Switch Signs; O The Protection Relay; O The Cabling Between The Various Equipment Components; O The Green Meters; • The Transport And Loading And Unloading Of The Equipment; • The Installation And Electrical Connection Of The Installation, Including The Necessary Slots, Cable Ducts, Drilling And Finishing; • The Delivery (Without Comments) From The Installations By A Recognized Inspection Body, Before The Effect; • The Composition Of The Certification File With A View To Obtaining The Green Energy Certificates; • The Guarantees (Working, Productivity, Lifetime, Parts And Labor ...); • The After-Sales Services, Including The Preventive And Curative Maintenance Of The Installations During The Entire Duration Of The Assignment (Follow-Up Of Productivity, Repairs, Cleaning, Occasional Disassembly And Re-Assembly Of The Panels, Etc.); • The Construction, If Necessary, Of Standardized Metal Structures (Eg Carports) And/Or Of Customized Specific Metal Structures, On Which Integrated Photovoltaic Installations Can Be Installed; The Suppliers Will Have A Result Obligation (Performance Per Installed Kwp And Per Site).
