With The Help Of The Software, The Streets In The St. Wendel District And Other Saarland Communities Are Intended To Be Able To Forecast Repair Measures And In Perspective Further Action In The Street Scene At An Early Stage And Thus To Be Able To Reduce Time And Costs In The Long Term. The Software Solution Is Intended To Be An Easy-To-Implementation And Scalable System For Municipalities And Counties And Other Public Sponsors. The Roads With The Software Solution Should Be Recorded Via The Camera Of A Mobile Device In The Emergency Vehicles Of The Waste Disposal Companies Or Municipal/District Owned Vehicles In The Respective Municipalities. The Mobile Devices Are Made Available By The Client. The Waste Disposal Or The Municipalities/Counties In Whose Vehicle Should Be Installed An End Device Must Be Integrated And Informed About The Spreading Of The Software And To Involve Them In The Appointment. The Objective Of The Tender Is In Particular The Development Of The Software Solution For Road State Recording And, If Necessary, Other Required Components Based On The Opensource Base In Order To Reduce The Development Costs And At The Same Time Ensure High Quality And Security Standards. The Publication Of The Developed Software As Open Tource Software Ensures Transparent And Sustainable Further Development. In This Way, Other Municipalities And Counties Can Use The Software And Adapt To Their Own Needs, Which Maximizes The Common Benefit. The Contractor Plays A Central Role In The Maintenance And Update Of The Software And Contributes To The Promotion Of An Active And Committed Openly Tource Community. As Far As Possible, The Further Developments Must Be Made Available To The Opensource Community In Order To Enrich The Opensource Landscape And Maximize Common Use. This Not Only Increases Cost Efficiency, But Also Enables Long -Term Subsequent Use And Further Development Of The Software. A Framework Contract With A Term By December 31, 2027 Is To Be Concluded, From Which The Client Can Call Up Services In Accordance With The Need. The Total Order Volume Is Limited To Eur 900,000.00 (Net). There Is No Call Obligation On The Part Of The Client.
