Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Jolding Wari Lakeside And Related Works At Jolding Village

Tenders are invited for Development of Jolding Wari Lakeside and Related Works at Jolding Village Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: a) Bidders net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive; b) Minimum average annual construction turnover of INR () 53 million (Lot 1) and INR () 51 million (Lot 2) calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years, viz. FY 202122, 202223, and 202324. c) Bidders financial resources defined in FIN-3, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments defined in FIN-4, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of INR 13 million for each lot; d) Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the period from 1 January 2018 up to bid submission date and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation under each contract exceeds INR () 74 million (Lot 1) and INR () 70 million (Lot 2). OR Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least two contracts that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the period from 1 January 2018 up to bid submission date and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation under each contract exceeds INR () 53 million (Lot 1) and INR () 50 million (Lot 2) . e) Meet other financial and experience requirements as indicated in the Bidding Document.
