Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Parties Obligations Are Determined By Design Documentation, Including: Design Documentation, Including: Construction Project, Executive Project, Building Permit Decision No. 3180/2019 Of 17.11.2019, Technical Specifications Of The Conditions For Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter: Stwiorb), Works And Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz. Based On Decision No. 3180/2019, The Employer Has Already Carried Out Works Related To The Implementation Of Central Heating And Hot Water Installations And Replacement Of The Sanitary Installation (Contract Of 26.05.2020), And In Addition, The Employer Carried Out Robots Consisting In The Renovation Of The Roof And Chimneys Along With The Execution Of The Collective Antenna, Replacement Of Window Joinery In The Attic (Contract Of 26.08.2021), For Which The Works, Covered By The Above Two Contracts, The Employer Has A 60-Month Warranty/Warranty And For Mounted Devices- A Minimum Of 24 Months. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular:- Renovation Of The Front Facade,- Insulation Of The Yard And Side Facade,- Replacement Of Window And Door Stool,- Insulation Of The Ceiling, Ventilation,- Cleaning Of Rooms And Common Parts At The Places Of Conducting Works- Export And Utilization.
