The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Building For The Service Of The Competition At The Beach Ball Pitch At The Dojlidy Water Sports Center Together With The Demolition And Reconstruction Of Some Of The Footballs Together With Land Development. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others, The Construction Of A Building Consisting Of Two Functional Parts - A Large Changing Room And A Cloakroom Located In Sanitary Facilities And Cloakrooms Serving Competitors And Judges For The Needs Of Official Sports Competitions, Equipped With The Following Installations: A) Cold And Warm Water, B) Sanitary Sewage, C) Central Heating, D) Gravity And Extractment Vent Mechanical And Mechanical And Exhaust, E) Internal Electric, F) Lightning, G) Teletechnical (Ensuring The Provision Of Telephone Services, Datatransmission Of Data Providing Broadband Internet Access And Services For Distributing Digital Radio And Television Programs - By Various Service Providers); 2) Land Development, Which Includes: A) Performance Of Chambers With Functions, B) Emergency Power Installations, Water Supply Installation, Cable Sewage System For The Needs Of Teletechnical Installations, C) Demolition Of The Pitch Fence - Footballs, And Then The Construction Of New Footballs. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Project Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.4. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out At An Active Facility. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Organize The Construction Site And Work So As To Minimize Difficulties For People Using The Beach And Pitch And Ensure Safe Pedestrian Crossings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Possibility Of Using The Beach Ball Pitch From May 1, 2026. The Contracting Authority Requires A Vision Of A Local Area Intended For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.
