1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Providing Cleaning Service On Real Estate Owned By Rtbs ​​Administrator Sp. Z O.O. In Radom. 2. The Scope Of Work Carried Out Under The Order: 2.1. The Cleaning Service Of The Internal Surface (Common Parts) In Residential Buildings And External Areas (Paved, Green Areas) Includes: 2.1.1. Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Common Parts Of Buildings. 2.1.2. Cleaning On External Surfaces. 2.1.3. Mowing The Grass Of The Outer Areas. 2.1.4. Care Of Trees, Shrubs And Hedges. 2.1.5. In Winter, Snow Removal Of Pedestrian, Driving And Parking Spaces. 2.1.6. Replacement Of Sand In The Sandboxes And In Playgrounds In April 2026 And In Consultation With The Department Of Own Resources Management Of The Ordering Party In The Quantity And Place Specified In Annex 1 To Swz.2.1.7.
