Tenders Are Invited For The Provision Of A Hotel And Restaurant Service Together With The Provision Of A Recreation And Sports Base For Sports Classes (Viii B) - 20 Participants Within 26.05.2025 - 31.05.2025.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service To Provide A Residence Base With A Coach At A Distance Of Up To 15 Km From The City Hall - Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszko 13 In Zakopane, 34-500 (Lesser Poland Voivodeship) And Recreation And Sports Bases During A Sports Camp For Students Of Sports Class Of The Public Primary School No. 12 In Stalowa Wola On 26-31.05.2025 2. A Group Of Participants Is A Maximum Of 20 People. 3. The Number Of People, I.E. 20 Participants Of The Sports Camp, Demonstrated By The Contracting Authority, Has A Maximum Dimension - Allowing For The Correct Valuation Of The Offer. This Number Is Obliged To Accept This Contractor To Calculate His Offer. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce (Random Cases) Indicated In Point 2 Above The Number Of Participants With A Maximum Of 3 Persons (Without The Right Of Claims By The Contractor In This Respect) - Which Means That At Least 17 Participants Will Take Part In The Camp, And The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Given The Contractor At The Latest 3 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Sports Camp. 4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Providing A Stay Base And Meals As Well As A Recreation And Sports Base During A Six-Day (Five Personnel) Sports Camp. 5. During The Sports Camp, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Accommodation - Accommodation At A Hotel Or Holiday Home Ensuring Safety And Comfort Adequate To The Needs Of Participants And Providing Gastronomic Services, I.E. Serving Meals In The Form Of Breakfast And Dinners. 2) Food Of Participants Of The Camp (5 X Maximum 20 Breakfasts, 6 X Two Breakfasts, A Maximum Of 20 Dinners At The Place Of Accommodation). 3). Recreation And Sports: Providing Free Places For Conducting Recreation And Sports Classes (Swimming Pool, Exercise Room, Room With Table Football Table And With A Table Tennis Table And A Billiard Table). The Swimming Pool And Exercise Room Should Be In The Hotel Or At A Distance Not Further Than 0.5 Km On Foot From The Place Of Accommodation, The Didactic Room Should Have At Least 20 Places For 20 Participants. 6. The Contracting Authority Informs That It Requires The Contractor To Fulfill His Obligations In The Field Of Activities Related To Upbringing, Education, Rest, Treatment Of Minors And Care Of Them, Specified In The Act Of 13 May 2016 On Preventing Threats Of Sexual Crime And The Protection Of Minors (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 560, As Amended), Including The Obligation To Obtain Information, Including Admitted To The Abovementioned Activities, Are Included In The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses (Rspts) With Limited Access, In Accordance With Art. 21 Of The Act. In A Situation In Which The Indicated Point 5 Above The Center - The Place Of Accommodation Or Recreation And Sports Base Will Be Managed By A Subcontractor/Third Entity, The Contractor Will Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Abovementioned Conditions Also By The Staff Of The Abovementioned Bases. 7.
