Tenders Are Invited For The Provision Of A Hotel And Restaurant Service Together With The Provision Of A Recreation And Sports Base For Sports Classes (Iv A, V A) - 47 Participants Within 26.05.2025 - 30.05.2025.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Service To Provide A Residence Base With Meals In Rajskie 38-610 (Podkarpackie Voivodeship) Or At A Distance Not Exceeding 25 Km From The Town Of Rajskie, Calculated In A Straight Line (Radius Of The Circle), As Well As Recreational And Sports Bases During A Sports Camp For Students Of The Public Class Of Public Primary School No. 12 In Stalowa Wola On 26-30.05.2025 R. 2. A Group Of Participants Is A Maximum Of 47 People. 3. The Number Of People, I.E. 47 Participants Of The Sports Camp, Demonstrated By The Contracting Authority, Has A Maximum Dimension - Allowing For The Correct Valuation Of The Offer. This Number Is Obliged To Accept This Contractor To Calculate His Offer. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce (Random Cases) Indicated In Point 2 Above The Number Of Participants With A Maximum Of 5 People (Without The Right Of Claims On The Part Of The Contractor In This Respect) - Which Means That At Least 42 Participants Will Take Part In The Camp, And The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Given The Contractor At The Latest 3 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Sports Camp. 4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Providing A Stay Base And Meals As Well As A Recreation And Sports Base During A Five-Day (Four Personnel) Sports Camp. 5. During The Sports Camp, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Accommodation - Accommodation In Houses With Meals In Rajskie 38-610 (Podkarpackie Voivodeship) Or At A Distance Not Exceeding 25 Km From The Town Of Rajskie, Calculated In A Straight Line (Circle Radius) With A Standard Ensuring Safety And Comfort Adequate To The Needs Of Participants And Providing Gastronomic Services, I.E. Serving Meals In The Form Of Breakfasts And Dinners, Which Should Have At Least 47 Places For 47 Participants.
