The Work Consists Of The Following Approximate Quantities: - Road Reconstruction 8,000 S.M. - Concrete Curb And Gutter 236 L.M. - Concrete Sidewalk, Aprons And Swales 76 S.M. - Catch Basins And Manholes 4 Units - Catch Basin Leads And Sanitary Main 52 L.M. Hard Copy Plans And Specifications May Be Obtained From The Office Of Velocity Engineering Inc. Upon Deposit Of $100.00 In Cash Or Cheque Made Payable To The Engineer. The Deposit Will Be Refunded If The Documents Are Returned In Good Condition As Per The Terms Indicated In The Instructions To Tenderers. Tenders Must Be Accompanied By A Certified Cheque Or Bid Bond In The Amount Of Ten Percent (10%) Of The Tender Price, Made Payable To The Owner, And A Written Consent Of Surety Form In The Amount Of One Hundred Percent (100%) Of The Contract Sum. A Performance Guaranty And Maintenance Bond, And A Labour And Materials Payment Bond, Each In An Amount Equal To Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Contract Sum, Will Be Required From The Successful Bidder.
