The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Conclude The Contract With The Contracting Authority For The Above Ppe, Obliging The Contractor To Collect Energy From The Abovementioned Renewable Sources Introduced Into The Osd Network And Payment For This Energy. The Subject Of These Contracts Will Be: 1) Sales By The Employer (Having The Status Of The Manufacturer Referred To In Article 2 (39) Of The Act Of 20 February 2015 On Renewable Energy Sources (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1361, As Amended) To The Contractor, Energy Generated In Micro -Installation By The Contracting Authority And Introduced To The Osd Network, 2) The Ordering Party Of The Function Of The Entity Responsible For Trade Balancing. For The Purposes Of Determining The Receivables For The Energy Sold By The Contracting Authority, The Parties Will Apply The Net Price Of 100% Of The Average Electricity Sales Price On The Competitive Market In The Previous Quarter Announced By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Pursuant To Art. 23 Para. 2 Point 18A Of The Energy Law.
