The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Kitten And Social Part In The Homeless Animal Shelter At 3 Przybyszewskiego Street In Toruń - Stage Ii. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Work: A) Reconstruction And Execution Of Modernization Works Of The Ground Floor Rooms, Including: Demolition Works, Execution Of Partition Walls, Making New Floors, Complementing Plasters And Putting The Walls And Ceilings Together With Painting, Ceramic Cladding In Sanitary Facilities, B) Execution Of Sanitary Installations. 3. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Project Documentation And The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Made By Piotr Bielecki, Conducting Business Activity Under The Company: X-Bud Piotr Bielecki, Including An Annex To The Architectural And Construction Design-Elaboration Annex 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction Art, Based On The Construction Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform Work Taking Into Account The Performance And Use Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs At The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Separate Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Availability For Disabled People Indicated In The Project Documentation And In The Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works. 4.
