The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Following Works: 2.1. Demolition Of Wall Cladding (Tiles), 2.2. Demolition Of Floor Cladding (Tiles), 2.3. Demolition Of Partition Walls, 2.4. Disassembly Of The Door, 2.5. Walking Of The Recesses, 2.6. Cem Plaster Complements. - Wap., 2.7. Execution Of The Water Supply System, 2.8. Execution Of The Sewage System, 2.9. Execution Of Electrical Installation, 2.10. Arranging Tiles On Walls And Floors, 2.11. Installation Of Washbasins, Toilet Bowls, Urinals, 2.12. Installation Of Walls From Hpl, 2.13. Completeing, Painting, 2.14. Door Installation, 2.15. Utilization Of Waste Generated During The Performance Of The Contract. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Manner Of Performing The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Detail The Following Documents Constituting Annex 5 To Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation: 3.1. Technical Design Renovation Of Part Of The Floor Of The Cellars Of The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities In The Building Of The Blessed School Complex, Priest Roman Sitka Located At 1 Warszawska Street In Mielec For The Needs Of The Sports Hall; 3.2. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Renovation Of Part Of The Floor Of The Cellars Of The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities In The Building Of The Blessed School Complex, Priest Roman Sitka Located At 1 Warszawska St. In Mielec For The Needs Of The Sports Hall 4. The Number Of Works Constituting Annex 6 To Swz, Are An Auxiliary And Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Statements Concluded In The Pre -Works Are To Only Illustrate The Scale Of Works And The Basic Scope Of Work And Help The Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Employer A Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report On The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. The Warranty Is Granted For The Period Specified In The Contractors Offer Expressed In Calendar Months. The Warranty Period Indicated In The Offer And The Extended Warranty Period For Defects Is A Criterion For Assessing Offers. 6. The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act, Requires Employment By The Contractor Under An Employment Contract Of All Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Regarding The Performance Of Renovation And Installation Works, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465 And Of 2024, Items 878 And 1222)
