The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Commune Of Głowaczów In The Design And Build System. Orders Include The Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Above Tasks. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Is An Attachment To Swz. In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Required To Strictly Comply With Polish Law During Design, Implementation And Completion Of Works In Accordance With The Standards, Rights Regarding Building Building Facilities, Environmental Protection And Will Apply To The Law Regulating The Conditions And Requirements For The Purpose Of The Purpose Of Which Works Covered By The Order Are To Serve.
