Laboratory Services For Effects-Based Water Quality Assessment Using Bioassays . The Vendor Will Be Required To Complete The Laboratory Analysis Of Select “Bioassays” Using Chemical Activated Luciferase Gene Expression “Calux®”, “Microtox®” Or Oecd Approved Bioassays From Passive Sampler Extracts Provided By The Ministry. The Specific Bioassays Include: • Cytotoxicity And/ Or Microtox® Assay; • Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons • Estrogen Activity Assay • Anti- Androgen Activity Assay • Thyroid Receptor Beta Activation • Steroidogenesis Activation Assay A Maximum Of 150 Samples Will Be Submitted.
