Request for proposals for Tenders are Invited for Consultancy Services for a Legal and Policy Specialist to Support the Strengthening Access and Benefit-Sharing (Abs) Policies and Institutional Framework through Demonstrable Models in Saint Lucia Project Consultant qualifications and experience relevant to the achievement of the required tasks will be evaluated based on the submission of the Consultant CV and a narrative description of the consultants work experience, which must relate to the tasks within the scope of the contract. This criterion holds a relative importance of 20%.The technical quality of the proposal will be assessed through a clear, concise, and compelling description of how the consultancy will be conducted. The description should include, but is not limited to, the problem statement, objectives, methodology, workplan and timetable, team (if applicable), budget, risk management, expected outputs, and references. This criterion carries the highest weight with a relative importance of 60%. Feasibility and quality of the proposed workplan will be reviewed based on the submission of a Gantt chart detailing the activities to be implemented, the respective timelines, and the delivery of technical products.
