The Subject Of The Contract Is The Introduction Of A Standard Sustainable Development Model To 4 Pilot Destinations, Which Will Be Adapted To The Particularities Of Destinations One Encounters In Greece, Such As Island, Mountainous, Semi -Mountainous And City / Coastal Destination. It Is Emphasized That The 4 Municipalities With The Above Characteristics Will Be Selected By The Ministry Of Tourism At The Signing Of The Contract And Will Be Communicated To The Contractor To Implement The Planned Actions Of This Notice. The Purpose Of The Model Model Is To Create A Set Of Activities And Specifications Of Sustainable Development By Destination Category Which Can Then Be Applied To Other Destinations In The Country. The Model Of The Standard Destination Will Be Based On Compliance With The Regulatory Framework, But Also With International Standards, In Particular Those Related To Sustainability And Accessibility. The Compliance Plan Will Also Result From The Special Features Of Each Destination And Will Include An Action Plan, Defining The Steps To Be Taken To Prepare And Certify, As Well As Digital Communication/Promotion/Promotion Activities, Digital/Smart Applications For Information And Enhancement Of Visitor Experiences, Of Destination Management.
