Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Playground At Aleja Leśna In The Silesian Park In Chorzów

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation Based On The Concept Of The Employer And Then Based On It, The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled Construction Of A Playground At Aleja Leśna In The Silesian Park In Chorzów, Implemented Under The Agreement For Co -Financing The Municipal Project Entitled Modernization Of The Silesian Park Implemented As Part Of The Second Turnover Of Funds Returning On The Initiative Of The Jessica Regional Operational Program Of The Śląskie Voivodeship For 2007-2013, Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment. 2. The Order Referred To In The Preceding Paragraph Includes The Performance In The Following Stages: Stage I: A) Performing An Inventory Of The Area, Map For Design Purposes, Along With Armament To The Extent Necessary To Develop The Project, Perform Geological Wells And Geotechnical Opinion, And Obtain Information On Mining And Geological Conditions, B) Development Of Construction Design Documentation Based On The Land Development Project With Obtaining All Final Administrative Decisions Necessary To Start And Implement Construction Works On Behalf Of And For The Customer, C) Develop A Detailed Investor Cost Estimate, D) Execution Documentation, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Planting. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Opz With Attachments (Annex 3 To Swz). 4. Additional Terms Of The Contract Are Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 2 To Swz).
