1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Section Through The Poviat Road No. 1509W Czubin-Milimcin. Things Co-Financed By The European Union, European Regional Development Fund, The European Funds Program For Mazovia 2021-2027, Priority Iii-European Funds For The Development Of Urban Mobility In Mazovia, Action 3.2 Mobility Urban Mobility, Type, Type, Type Projects: Bicycle And Pedestrian Infrastructure. Project Entitled: Development Of Urban Mobility Through The Construction Of Bicycle Routes In The Communes Of The Grodzisk And Pruszków Poviats. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Documentation, Industry Standards And The Arrangements Resulting From The Inspection And Inventory In The Field, And In Addition: 1) In Accordance With The Dnsh Principles (Do Not Do Significant Damage) - Conducting Investments So As Not To Cause Serious Environmental Or Social Damage; During The Conduct Of Works, The Contractor Is Required To Know And Comply With All Provisions Regarding Environmental Protection; 2) Purchase And Install 3 Sets Of Boards (Mount In Places Indicated By The Contracting Authority), In Accordance With The Guidelines Attached To The Contract, 3) Draw Up And Obtain The Approval Of The Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of Construction, Taking Into Account Access To The Property And Buildings As Well Requiring Maintenance And Specialist Service. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Take All Justified Steps To Comply With The Regulations And Standards For Environmental Protection And Waste Management, Including In Particular In The Scope Of: 1) Reducing Noise Emissions; 2) Limitations Of Vibration; 3) Restrictions On Dust Emissions, Gas And Other Pollutants To The Air Of Water And Soil; 4) Of The Management Of Construction And Demolition Of Construction And Demolition. Protection Of Tanks And Watercourses As Well As Groundwater Against Dust Penetration And Harmful Substances; 6) Protection Of Green Areas. 4. By Following The Above Requirements, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) To Comply With The Standards Related To The Permissible Level Of Emitted Noise And The Pursuit Of Its Maximum Limitation; 2) Ensuring Proper Waste Storage, Their Segregation, Recycling And Safe Disposal In Accordance With The Environmental Protection Law And The Act On Waste. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Limit The Use Of Non -Recycling Packaging On The Construction Site; 3) Striving To Minimize Harmful Gas Emissions By Using Only Cars That Meet The Euro 6 Standard For Transport (Cars List Attached To The Offer); 4) Reduction Of Dust Emissions By Performing Works Consisting In Cutting Concrete Elements Only Using Water; 5). The Neighborhood, Whose Works Will Be Carried Out To Avoid Their Mechanical Damage; 6) Avoiding All Actions That May Affect The Introduction Of Pollution Into The Water; 7) Choosing The Location Of Bases, Landfills, Excavations And Access Roads In A Wa
